This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, a lovely bar area, and helpful luggage storage. The staff were so kind to my old parents during our first visit. Highly recommend this hotel. I'll be back for Christmas!

The location was unbeatable, so close to bus stops into Riomaggione as well as the main Cinque Terre attractions. The staff were decent and helpful, everything was very good. Our triple room was updated with seaview, 2 single beds, a quite large bathroom.
Views were just fine.

Location was the only plus side to this hotel.
We had to carry our baggage down 3 flights of stairs. (No ELEVATOR)This is not an easy task for elderly people. Bedding was not comfortable and the breakfast was minimal.

Charming Escape with Fine Views
The amazing sunsets from our balcony were lovely. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying-perfect before exploring Cinque Terre. Be sure to reserve a rental car for easy access, as the bus schedule can be tricky!

Great location. Historical center in 10 min walk. Excellent price/quality ratio.
A few poor breakfasts.

A quite location, near the center of several attractions. Old time hotel look and feel. More like a room, than a hotel. Actually not a hotel at all.
4 flights of stairs.

Just a perfect match for a short visit in Riomaggiore with great value. The fine views from the room were a highlight. Bring your own snacks as dining options are limited.

Staff was friendly
This was a very poor hotel. The hotel itself is quite ugly. There is no charm at all. It is very sparsely furnished. It looks like a bad dorm. There is also no air conditioning and the fan in our bedroom was very rickety and loud. We were booked for 2 nights at 100 Euro per night...what a ripoff. We chose to leave the hotel late in the afternoon of the second night rather than stay there, paying of course for the second night. I would never, ever recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, incredible views and perfect place to experience Cinque Terre if you have a car and are not hiking
Along way from the small town feel so does not have the magic of staying in one of the Cinque Terre villages but does amazing views.

I liked the location and the family staff, they were very pleasant and helpfull
Lack of air conditioning and mainly lack of lifts. If you have a lot of luggages you are in trouble. You have to climb eventually 3 floors with all your stuff. For a mature couple it is something hard to do.

The lovely view from the balcony was a highlight during the stay, and the helpful staff made everything easier. Certain amenities were lacking, like no refrigerator or hair dryer, which could be an inconvenience. The breakfast was good for a reasonable price.
